Booking
Fill out the inquiry form on the Contact page with your preferred session type and date. You'll hear back within 24 hours to discuss details and availability.
Plans change — that's understood. Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
Sessions
Be comfortable and be yourself! Solid colors are generally recommended, as busy patterns or logos can be distracting on camera.
Absolutely! Props and well-behaved pets are welcome. Just mention it in advance so the session can be planned accordingly.
Delivery
A first look of photos is delivered within 24 hours of your session. Full edited galleries are typically ready within 1-2 weeks, though this may vary depending on complexity and scope.
You'll receive high-resolution digital files via a private online gallery. Both web-optimized and full-resolution downloads are included.
Pricing
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
For larger packages or commercial projects, payment arrangements can be discussed. Just ask during your consultation.

Pitfal Solutions is based in Denver, CO and primarily serves the Denver metro area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 25-mile radius.
Yes! Both services are available individually or as combined packages. This is perfect for brand content, events, or anyone who wants both photo and video coverage.
