Terms of service

Pitfal Solutions provides professional photography and videography — including brand work, portrait sessions, event coverage and aerial coverage — and operational intelligence and AI systems, in the Denver, Colorado area.

• A non-refundable retainer secures your session date
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the session
• Prices may change, but are honoured for confirmed bookings

• 48+ hours notice: the retainer may be applied to a rescheduled date
• Under 48 hours: the retainer is forfeited
• No-shows: the full session fee is due
• Weather rescheduling for outdoor sessions is accommodated at no charge

• Edited images are delivered within 2–4 weeks of the session
• Delivery is via a private online gallery
• Gallery access is available for 90 days from delivery
• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee

• Clients receive a personal-use licence for all delivered images
• Commercial usage rights are included with brand photography packages
• Pitfal Solutions retains the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Images may not be altered to misrepresent their original context

• Gallery access is password-protected and private
• Passwords should not be shared beyond the intended recipients
• Downloads are enabled per gallery and may be turned off
