Information collected
Pitfal Solutions collects information you provide directly, including:
- Name, email address and phone number when you submit the contact form
- Session preferences and project details for booking inquiries
- Credentials used to open a private client gallery
How your information is used
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services
- To send booking confirmations and session details
- To provide access to your private gallery
- To send invoices and process payments
Data storage and security
Data is stored on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Private gallery media is served from storage that requires a signed request, so photographs in a password-protected gallery are not retrievable without an active session.
Cookies
Only essential cookies are used, for gallery and admin authentication. They are HttpOnly and Secure, expire after 24 hours, and can be revoked at any time by changing a gallery password. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Page views are counted on this site's own server, without cookies and without any third-party analytics service. A visit is recorded as the page, the referring site, and a one-way hash that changes every day, so nothing stored identifies you or follows you between days.
Third-party services
- AWS — cloud infrastructure and email delivery
- Stripe — payment processing, where applicable
These services have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing communications
Photo and video usage
Client photographs and video are used only as agreed in your service agreement. Work is not published to the portfolio without agreement.
